I love watching these guys speak broken Korean. I’m from Long Island (that’s a giant island off of NYC for those of you not from the states). All my friends as a kid were Korean but they all spoke perfect Korean with English being 2nd language. One of the many things I love about these guys is that it’s the opposite! These guys speak more proper English than me!!!! : )

Wow, that was trip down memory lane except it was all mixed up! Howick was the course where I first started playing golf. I grew up right beside it (one of the houses you can see in the background on the 5th/6th holes). What confused me is the course configuration has completely changed from when I was a member 45 years ago. Your first 7 holes used to be the 9th through 15th and your last 2 were the 7th and 8th. Yes the 8th finished in front of the clubhouse, so you had a long walk back if you wanted to play just the front 9. It was a fun, challenging course, even if it was only a par 68. Your 3rd hole (previously the 11th) used to be a par 4 - No.1 Stroke hole - so not surprised to see you easily getting there for 2. Thanks for the nostalgia trip! P.S. Tell Sam to hurry up and get the second half uploaded!

Sam is hilarious and the way he got that 90 degree right spin on the par 3 hole was incredible…at first I thought he had hit a marmite on its head and the ball bounced that way then he explained how he did that…does he give lessons?
