Today, we are going to be using this plant based chorizo from the company Abbots.( And we are going to be making homemade guacamole.) This is made from simple ingredients, unlike the plant base meat like Impossible and Beyond Burgers
You can purchase this from Target and Publix I'm not for sure about Whole Foods .
