It’s a hair band 😊 it’s basically a cheap way to mute the strings. I don’t use it often, mostly for the lesson videos.

You bend the note on the G string, but you hold the note on the B string at the same time. So only one string is being bent 😊 hopefully that helps…

Choose an overdriven tone with around 2/3 mid gain. A bit of delay and reverb. Add a slight compression and you’re done 😁 too much distortion will dirty it up too much. And… of course… bridge pick up.

@@BOALAND I use Ernie Ball Hybrid slinky… so a mix of the two 😊 heavier on the lower strings, lighter on the higher strings 😊
