Thanks for another great episode, guys! It's fun to hear about your home games, and the advice about adapting to the players' needs has helped me enjoy DMing more for my chaotic home game! I've learned to enjoy it even if the sessions are short and my kids are disruptive because I'm having a blast playing with friends and my wife. Thank y'all again!

I have to say, this has been my favorite thing to listen to for the past couple of months. I found you guys from wanting to learn more about Asmodeus. I love the interaction between the two of you and the jokes definitely help break up the lore dumps. I jumped around on episodes for a bit and then decided to just start from the beginning and make it to current. That being said I have just caught so I guess I’ll watch Super Quest Saga. Keep up the amazing work guys! Shout out to Demogorgon, don’t forget your slippies and BEAGLE!

Pulling out the cool stuff and using what you want is the commonality between a lot of Dungeon Mastering and fanfiction, which I enjoy

The wrestler character you mentioned made me start thinking about using that concept, but with a bard melee focused class. Wrestling is a performance, and vicious mockery is like...PERFECT as smack talk during the pre-fight.

Just started listening to the newest podcast when I saw this uploaded. The Final Fantasy mention made me think of Granblue Fantasy which I don't know if yall know about. It's a Japanese mobile game that is in it's 10th anniversary this year and was created by a number of ex Square Enix people, so it has a ton of Final Fantasy influence while still being it's own thing. I bring it up because I've seen a number of Homebrew 5E material made for it and the setting is really great. It's great because while Final Fantasy is constantly introducing new settings with aesthetic similarities, Granblue has been expanding it's setting and characters for the past decade.

@@Mordalon yup they all do, but my Rakdos has killed and absorbed several demon lords and ascended to godhood so his statblock I use now is very different lol

i think the problem is more the time a video like that takes to be made, not that brian won't allow it
