I left this comment on Ryan's video but in case you hadn't seen it... I play guitar a lot and I have experienced the same numbness in the bottom two fingers you describe. The numbness issue went away for me by taking 3 weeks off from playing and resting my wrist. Not sure how helpful this is for you being an armwrestler. Just be mindful, this type of issue could get worse if you try to ignore it. Might want to see a doctor if it doesn't go away or gets worse. Huge fan! Looking forward to seeing you compete again.

Been weigh lifter for 14+ years the same numbness came to me at 7th-8th year of lifting eventually getting worse and had to take 2 yrs low intensity exercise routine. The cause is usually compression of the nerve between C5 and C6 of the cervical, looking at the intensity and heavy lifting you’re doing its best to release your sub scapularis and lats muscles with soft tissue massage plus try to engage your lats while bench pressing. Most quick relief i got was from dry needling therapy and nerve gliding exercises. Hope to see you continuing your gains mate 💪 just be careful to properly take care of rehab and general conditioning because these injuries are very difficult to deal with once aggravated to higher level and can get very depressing(speaking from personal experience)😊

Riekerd regarding the numbness in your hand that's your ulnar nerve and a common problem in aw, watch the video by voice of armwrestling called "Ulnar Nerve Glides and Flossing Exercises."

Riekard has that rugby strength, that leg strength, the contributes massively to his overall power on the table. He best not forget how he got naturally strong in the first place. Many lesser arm-wrestlers think leg strength translates to nothing at the table, and that leg strength is built only in the gym - It is not. They see Levan and think being top heavy is enough to win. Levan is a freak, an exception.

Are you intending on competing in the heavyweight or super heavyweight division? Also, I’d like to see you compete at East v West or King Of The table venues, I think that you have awesome potential.

Schoolboy is too easy for Bornman, no joke. Schoolboy struggles with opponents that have a dominant hand. Bornman is close to Khaled in wrist strength

I think Bornman would win but Schoolboy wouldn’t take that match anyway. SB is no joke and extremely dangerous, but this dude is a Khaled level type of freak in terms of strength, especially hand and wrist. Incredible stuff.
