    I like how you discuss ways to handle different height/pace/etc of incoming ball because in real games there is a lot more variety than a skilled training partner who is purposefully hitting the ball to the same spot all the time.

    this video is amazing. its about t. we need more like this. you are explaining about throughout the stroke. I especially like the way you explain stroke application , timing, and what to do a contact. i give it 9.5 out of 10 it wasn't long enough. LOLOLOLOLOL just kidding its a solid 11.     Good video. But I have to say he's using his arm swing than body spin, otherwise it will be much more powerful. Check top Chinese players training video

    Agreed. This arm motion looks a little rigid and not easily translatable into a loop that can generate its own spin and power.

    This is one of the few forehand tutorial videos that stress the use of the wrists. I find that most other tutorials are missing this advice and stress too much on finishing the stroke at the forehead.

    this forehand characteristics are more like a european kinda of form..not bad but it doesnt suit my style..but great job..
