In this video, I installed the 2-2 Fully Shielded Headpipe from TAB Performance. These pipes sounded awesome before the dyno, but obviously with any performance upgrade, you want to get your bike tuned properly. What better way than on the dyno. TAB also offers the DynoJet Power Vision Tuner, along with other tuners. If you're looking for a great 2-into-2 fully shielded header, that sounds great, performs, and at a great price, these are it.

Great video as always but id point out two things. First whenever removing o2 sensers always unplug them and wait to remove them after you take the pipe off the bike. Its very easy to damage one by not doing it this way. Second, never reuse head bolt nuts. Says it in your service manuel. They warp due to high heat and when reused can potentially damage the threads leading to a much more involved repair plus 4 new nuts are pretty cheap to avoid this. Bikes looking great brother. Keep up the great work.

You're gonna have to invest in that dynojet powervision tuner and target tune if you want that aftermarket market cam set up. I've got all my parts for the aftermarket stage 2 upgrade accept the headpipe.SS 475c cam chest kit, Dyno jet pv2 tuner, Dyno jet target tune, fueling vented dipstick, tab 4.5" zombies, RC components hiflo intake. Still debating on the tab 2-2 or 2-1-2 headpipe. If I'm not getting enough torque out of that setup. instead of going with the tab coned performance rings, I'm just gonna slip a 2.5 louvered baffle in the right can and run a zombie on the left. The one thing that I read that is recommended but not required is using their beehive valve springs if you're going with their 472 reaper cam due to valve train noise. Well shit man, I'm no mechanic but it's to my understanding you gotta take your motor apart to get to where those are at. I got quoted 8 hours labor just for that. That's why I went with the SS man. @@RAIDERWORLD so you have a power commander tuner that works with the auto tune. The only thing I didn't like about the power commander is that it blocks your bikes ecm CPU and sends out its own program and has to stay plugged in. Just one more component that has the possibility of failure. The powervision that works with the target tune actually intergrades with the CPU and doesn't have to stay plugged in. I'll be the first to admit I'm no mechanic, but I really dove in your videos, moonshine Harley, tab, and some others. Made phonecalls to dynojet and SS to buy the correct parts myself. How did the pro street tuner perform after being dynotuned ? I decatted my head pipe and it doesn’t perform like it did with the cat in. I have the hd stage 2 in my 2020 roadking and now getting ready to put my catted head pipe back on. Put it back the way it was

The SE pro-street tuner is ok, but obviously with any Harley products, it’s going to restrict max output (EPA Regulated) I’ll be switching over to the DynoJet PowerVision Auto Tuner, and that should definitely increase torque and horsepower.

That’s awesome! Unfortunately, yes. They will most likely void your warranty as far as the engine. I haven’t actually checked with my dealership, but this is why I used the Screamin Eagle Pro Street Tuner from Harley. That way the ECM is still reading a Harley Product Map

Hey brother. Got a quick question, I know your also in Tampa and I have a 135 SE with a S&S 540c Cam, being installed this week at my local Harley Shop, I’m running a Thundermax and D&D billet 2-1, with the new Alloy Art Boom Box 2.8 air, and a Trask chain conversion, with a man-o-war compensator, Hayden tensioner, and Barnett scorpion clutch. I’ve see all your Vlogs, my question is can you recommend someone to tune a thundermax, I’m in Tampa.

Actually the dudes at tab said their 2-1-2 headers put out the same performance as the 2-2. The numbers were basically the same. The only difference is that if you want to change the look of your bike by going with the 2-2 headers which are about $300 more than the 2-1-2 headers that use the stock oem heat shields.
