There are in depth guides from spicy sushi and crouching tuna for specific mechanics. For triple fracture chest go for 4 explicit total and exactly 300% chance to fracture, make sure 30 quality. Each piece has many different ways to craft and I don't know which ones are more efficient

I'm running back to basics which makes the maps way more deadly : Less defenses = 0 es, normal+magic monsters have union of souls, phys reflect (doable if you switch sibyls for nimis), hits remove 10% es, 4% reduced action speed recently
