This is the hardest server. You only see meta champions because you watch Challenger gameplay, and you cannot reach Challenger in KR without playing something meta. This is like complaining that the NBA only has tall players.

Quinn has a weird play style, and also is hard countered by armor stacker top laners. Champs like Malphite and Rammus take negative damage from Quinn's autos.

As a T1 fan who watches all of their games, I wouldn't say he is the best top laner... in fact, he is being less consistent due to meta changes
