The spinosaurus size is right actually, the only well preserved specimen we have is about 11.5 meters. The movie version is horribly inaccurate. Spino vs t rex irl: T rex had a very strong bite, up to 6 tons capable of crushing bones. T rex couldn't run, and it's top speed was 12 mph. T rex was not so "muscular" as most pictures portray it, as it had no need for muscle. T rex did not hunt active prey and was an ambush predator, so it had no need for muscle capacity like giganotosaurus or carcharodontosaurus. T rex used its excellent vision and sense of smell to track prey and kill it before it escapes using its killer bite. T rex did not use its head as a battering ram to "paralyze" prey, mainly because it's neck would snap. Spino was a both bigger and heavier than t rex. Was not quadrupedal like the 2014 theory suggested. Had a reletively good bite at 2-3 tons. Was not a "weak fisherman" with "pencil thin Jaws" as some pictures portray. Probably not fast, though it is impossible to estimate as no complete leg bones were found. Hunted both on land and in water, and was not bound to one envoirment. I think the result of a fight would be 50-50 depending on chance. And not all that fanboy crap where either spino rips t rex apart or t rex throws spino with its Jaws. The t rex would go for the neck of spino, mostly from hunting experience and instinct, and spino would also have gone for the neck of t rex also from experience. The winner would really be who lands first. If the t rex can get a good grip on Spinos neck, it should be able to fracture Spinos neck vertebrae enough to kill it, and vise versa. It really would be a fight of chance depending on who got the better bite. Spino being heavier and larger would have the weight advantage, and along with arms also and advantage. T rex would have the bite strength advantage.

Yea no, besides the fact they’d never meet nor fight over risk of injury, spinosaurus can defend itself against carchardontosaurus and is more well rounded than the T. rex, strong jaws can’t do anything if the only way you can bite it is putting your head and neck in the direct line of fire, or the sail, which will only really result in spinosaurus going more on the offensive than defensive, and considering falling over is fatal for a T. rex you really want to be careful of some with something with strong arms

A view of how this fight likely would have *actually* gone down. The T-Rex has a much more powerful bite than the spinosaurus, giving it a massive advantage with immediate damage. However, while the spinosaurus doesn't have as strong of a bite force, it has a longer snout meaning it could attack first. Now, most hunters of this time relied on hitting the nech and swifty ending the life of the other creature. This fight would be e tirely dependent on the starting position of the spinosaurus. If they were facing each other head on, the spinosaurus is at a disadvantage because the Rex can grab at the spinosaurus neck, which would be clumsy and hard to maneuver in such close quarters, and the rexes' skull would act as a shield, preventing it from being bitten from the spinosaurus. Now, if the Spinosaurus started at either the rear or side, and was able to strike out at the Rex, the fight would almost assuredly go to the spinosaurus. It would have the range neccasary to reach the rexes' neck, and a sudden snap would end the rexes" life. However, as these were both apex predators but of different realms, (sea and land,) a fight between them was likely rare but almost always fatal. Facts to help understand the case: Average Tyannosaurus Rex skull length: 1.2 meters Average Spinosaurus skull length: 1.75 meters Tyrannosaurus bite force: 4-6 tonnes Spinosaurus bite force: 2-4 tonnes

im pretty sure the T.rex's bite force was around 6.5 tons, i don't know about spinosaurus tho but 2.5 tons seems okay, i would also say the smaller height of spinosaurus aegyptiacus might hinder the animal in the fight, all trough in reality im pretty sure neither of those animals would even dare to fight each other since a wound no matter how small could end up crippling the animal.i believe this fight would most likely be more of a intimidation display. with physical fighting being pretty rare

The spino would have a hard time starting on the sides of the t rex as it's senses r really good If it didn't see if would have smelled tho location of it and knew it was there when the Spino would have thought he didn't know putting advantage on the t rex. If they were to fight he would have to make his way to sides by fighting or dodging to the Rex's side without taking a hit as it would leave the spino in tremendous pain

Purploy it’s jaw power isn’t gonna do anything at all. Spinosaurus had teeth and a jaw designed for gripping. Not for killing off larger prey and crushing bone.

As far as size, I think this is more accurate than what most think. In this game Spino is longer but he is not more bulky. There is not a lot known about Spino and there is no true way to say just because he is longer also means he should be heavier. But some depictions make Spino so much larger in every way which just does not seem correct for what Spino hunted. Also as far as Rex being OP in this, he would be OP in real life. The most powerful dinos would be Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops and Ankylosaurus. The reason is because all 3 were in a evolutionary arms race and evolved what I call hyper weapons. All of these 3 have attacks that kill in a single blow. Even if the death is a slow bleed out or internal bleeding.

I Love It. Also I Rank This Video Game 9/10 And 10/10 Maximum.

The game made the Spino look so small... but in the movie it was definitely larger than the Rex. Strange...

Its not that spino is smaller. Its the same size as jp3 spino. Its just this trex is female unlike the male trex shown in jp3. Female trexs are much bigger than males

@@xdbsr2866 well spinosaurus and tyrannosaurus never meet each other or fought each other in the late cretaceous period because they both live in the different places spinosaurus North Africa and tyrannosaurus North America

In the movie, spino shouldve been dead the moment trex bit his head. Trex's bite force is far too deadly/heavy than spino.

@@mountain1490 oh then why did the best dinosaur ever, the spino went extinct in Jurassic period itself? Why didn't it tryna hunt on land and survive? Simple, coz it mainly depends on sea food. U obviously don't know the bite force of 6 ton kid 😂 one bite from Rex on the slender thin neck of spino will kill it. But it's fine both were amazing creatures and I like both of them 🙌🏻

FYI Rexy is the biggest T rex. So the spinosaurus is slightly smaller, it is not like the t rex in the film where the spinosaurus killed it.

Spino in JP/// was confirmed to be a subadult which is why it wasn’t around during the events of The Lost World. JP Spino was able to eventually grow to 60 feet. Bigger than the I-rex.

Wow T-rex is very strong

People excusing the downsizing of the Spinosaurus because it's more "realistic" should also remember that the game has no problem showing Velociraptors and Dilophosauruses as their movie sizes and not their sizes in actuality. The bottom line is that Frontier is making a game based on a licensed property and should have portrayed the Spino as it was seen in the film.

It is like the one who falls first, loses the game, LOL 😂
