one thing is big concerning i.e. plywood used at back of the equipment. which can lead to bif fire from very small spark. Alternate should be used from next time.

Instead of using Stickers (which you used for marking the various strings like String 1, 2, etc.,), you need to use ferrule. Its because ferrule is more durable, long lasting & better.

About 25 lakh invested on this setup. so if his billis 50000per month (6 lakh for year). He will need 6 years to make this system free (if he use only solar). After 4 more years he need to change Batteries so 7 lakh additional. If all goes well he will get about 15 years of free electricity that costs about 1 caror to him.

46:18 मेरे ख्याल से इस dcdb box ki कोई जरूरत ही नही थी। क्योंकि इनवर्टर में ही सारे स्ट्रिंग आपस में पैरलल हो जाते। वहा पर पी व्ही के दो दो इनपुट है तो छै तो होही जाते।फिर इस डी सी डी बी क्या जरूरत थी? सीधे वायर जाते इनवर्टर में। बाकी का तो इनवर्टर साहब देख लेते।

Are yeh generator ke daam se bahut jyada mehnga parega. Long run mei profitable ho sakta hai lekin jinke paas kam paisa ho woh generator 3-4 lakh mei le kar kaam chala sakte kyoki iske liye lagbhag 20-25 lakh ka kharcha aayega.

Until & unless this is done, the Bi-phasial panel will be useless (Because only one side of the panel will be generating the power & the bottom side will be mostly ideal & useless). So take full advantage of the Bi-phasial panel, it's very important that sunlight is able to reach the bottom side of the panel also ( & generate power)..

3 KW ka system sufficient hai bhai.

Way of material shifting totally unsafe. Calculate labor cost. Using crane is much safe and cost effective.
