Polmaster Crew installing 850sqft of thin porcelain tiles 1/4"x5'x10' (6mm-1.5m-3m) at the job site in Toronto area. The use of aluminum frame with suction cups is a must to lift and set up the tile. For perfect and lippage free installation T-Lock™ tile leveling system was used.
To ensure better bonding and to eliminate air pockets the crew members were stepping on freshly installed tiles.
T-Lock™ by Perfect Level Master™ is a tile leveling system that speeds up the process of lying tiles.
It helps to lay out tiles perfectly and also eliminates inaccuracies in the surface.

Please can you help me out on how to lay this tiles with out using spacer because my client do not need space and I need to show him some samples first

Few questions. How much apart you insert the levellers? Is the direction of thin set lines are identical on the tile and floor or the should be in opposite directions? Are you using LFT or LHT thin set? And how long you leave the joints open for drying, before you grout? Thanks a lot.

T-LOCK™ Levelling System is install every 12 inches ~30cm. Adhesive should be in the same direction floor and tile..."never" across this will hold the air under the tile. LFT or similar for porcelain tile installation Any large format tile's installation will require to achieve 95% bonding By walking on the tiles you can improve...please watch more videos in this channel for more information or subscribe to be updated

What should be the T-locks to square feet ratio when installing 24'' by 24'' tiles? I'm trying to cover 1600 square feet and didn't know how many spacers I should buy.

18 years in the field and I've never seen tiles that big, the biggest I've used is 24*48

they are not practical. Who wants to do a job where you need 4 guys to lift one tile? Have fun doing a repair and there are always repairs. The floors are not flat enough for tile that size. You have enough problems with 24" tile.

Y'all had tiny slivers near one end, that's no bueno other then that good job
1/4" x 3/8" trowel does not seem like the right call. Neither does neglecting to key the mortar into the substrate before notching it. Otherwise, it looks very nice. Wonder if there were any failures with this install?

How can you know if it’s the right call without checking the floor for level first. You haven’t even seen the substrate and you’re able to comment negatively. 🤷🏻♂️
