@@harbajansingh2314 regularly nahi karte jal neti sir. Once in a week karna chahiye namak dal kar,bina namak ke karenge to problem hogi. Anu ya shadbindu oil se nasya karke dekhiyega 👍

Do not go for operation at all. I remember when i was kid, doctor suggested me Operation for tonsils and nose bone but my parents made me tried jal neti, which actually helped me. But now that im in my twenties, i developed nasal allergy(nazla) again and doctors suggested me with nose bone operation for enlarged bon. I got it done ..its been 3 years...but nasal allergy is still there and its same as earlier. Believe me, the choice you made is perfect. But my only suggestion is to never fell in a trap of doctors suggesting a operation. They convinced me later and i therby convinced my parents later and that is the decision i regret today. PS- Along with jal neti, i was also taking kuka goli for tonsils. I never got tonsils back.
