മാന്തൽ മീൻ നാളികേരം അരച്ച് നല്ലപോലെ കുറുക്കി ചോറിന്റെ കൂടെ കഴിച്ചാൽ ഉണ്ടല്ലോ അസ്സലായിരിക്കും നാടൻ രീതിയിൽ ഉള്ള പാചകം മികച്ചതാണ്
