you can say the most horrifying shit, as long as you can fit it with the rhythm. this is why i never liked lyrics so much in music, as it feels like its meaningless background noise. i just like the rhythms and instrumentals. this song, however, is great though, in part, because of the stark contrast.

She changed her number and keep disturbing me until I change my number. Now I'm happy without her, still worries if suddenly she comes and disturb my relationship again.
