Hey! I think both are similar in terms of quality, but the 510 looks better aesthetically, might not matter much. However, 510 extends a few centimeters extra compared to 3130, so I think you should go for Syvo 510 model. However, both models are similar in terms of compatibility with phones, action cams and DSLRs, however not the best choice for DSLRs I would say.

@Abhishek - The mobile holder is included in the box, you do not have to purchase it separately! Also, it is extendible, so almost all smartphones of the day should fit in the same.

This cannot be used as a monopod unfortunately - but for travel vlogging, yes you can use as long as you need a tripod's use! For windy conditions, I would recommend getting a bit heavy tripod! Apologies for such a late response!

Not by keeping it directly behind you, but you can keep it in front or side, and tilt the camera mount downwards. Check out our Noise Play 2 review video, that is one such video that we recorded the same way.

Thanks Snehal for asking this - I myself had to check how to mount my GoPro on it, since earlier I was using Noise Play 2, which had a screw point underneath. But yes, you can mount the GoPro on this tripod, you will need a small holder accessory for it (one having a screw point under, and above you can insert the GoPro twigs). I will shortly record a video explaining the same!

Yes, you can rotate the mobile holder in any direction, allowing portrait and landscape mode recording or picture taking

Syvo s 3130 aur s 510 pro mein kya difference hai?????

@Siddhart - The main difference is that 3130 is 50 inch tall, and 510 can go upto 55 inch. Also, the head mount design is a bit different for both. Other than that, there is no major difference in build or utility I believe, and the cost differs by around INR 100, 510 being on the higher value.

You can rotate the mobile holder mounted on the top - it has an adjustable grip, so it holds the phone in place, even when placed vertiically. Apologies for such a late response!

You can, but I would recommend getting a tripod with more heavy weight to sustain and hold stably in the winds - this might get bit shaky in windy conditions!

When I was purchased this tripod extended the height the tripod doesn't stand there.

There is a handle which works as a screw under the extension - you can use it to tighten the extender in place, and it will hold at that height. Look for it, unless you got a defecting product, in which case I believe you can exchange it within the allowed period. Hope that helps :)

I am doubtful about that - the webcam might not be of a shape, which the phone holder can support. It might not also have a screw point, which can be used to mount it on this tripod. Most webcams would be incompatible - unless you have a specific supportive mount for it!

The adjustable piece is very very tight.

@@PedalPupper the issue is that it becomes very difficult to stretch it accurately. Force has to be applied, which can lead to damage to the piece as well as the phone. The sides of the phone can surely be scratched if the phone cover is not in place. Nice video by the way. Also review other tripods..

It would cost you INR 750-900, it got cheaper compared to when we had purchased it. Also, check out the 55-inch model from Syvo, which would be a step up over this one.

@Riya - We considered Syvo (specifically this model which is 3130) over Digitek and Osaka because this is compatible with DSLR, mobiles and action camera - all 3. We could not find a matching model in Osaka, atleast in the same price range. Also, Syvo comes with a width adjustable mobile holder, which we believe is not included with Osaka models. We haven't yet faced any issue with the Syvo tripod, and since the build quality is good too, we can recommend it - but without having tried the Osaka tripods, it won't be good to speak for or against those! However, if your need is getting a tripod with a higher height, then we believe you might get some better options in Osaka. Hope this helps :)

Do check out 4:32 , is that what you mean by vertical movement, of the head? The tripod extends vertically if you unlock the 3 legs (9:20) - and also it extends by about 15-18 cm at the head (11:15) Let us know if this clears your query! :)

Yes, definitely you can shoot with your phone vertically as well! You can even rotate it to any angle while recording - there are knobs to turn it in any possible direction! There are all possible combinations of movement on its pan head, which a tripod can have!

That might not be possible, since it's height is less than 6 feet. You can try while sitting though, but you would need a horizontal extendable support so it can hold the camera away from over it's stands.

We haven't tried attaching a ring light to it, and I doubt the big ones will fit. Bht if it has a screw attachment at the bottom, then it can be mounted on the tripod-but not sure about the balancing!

No, not with the standard binoculars. We are not sure if the high end binoculars come with a attachment screw point, so won't recommend this as a binocular tripod/stand.

It gives a feel that while moving the tripod handle its tight. This may give jerks to the video.

Actually, the moving screw (or black handle) can be rotated to loosen the rotational moment of the tripod head, so the movement will be smooth without any jerks! However, while making the video, we missed out mentioning that point, because we figured this setting later.

We feel this is the best - considering the quality and features you get. It would cost you around INR 749 nearly, on Amazon. You might find options on a lower price, but they won't be of good quality - the material might not be strong and bend easily or might not stand stably with heavy cameras mounted. So consider these factors on the least.
