Systems change is about enabling transformation in the structure and interrelationships of the parts within a complex organization so as to realize the emergence of new behavior and functionality required for that organization to operate successfully within its environment.

It's not wasted, 'trial and learning'?
Overall it is a good presentation. There are a few flaws including the two conclusions. (1) It is not about the part but the structure of the whole system and (2) you can't impose a design pattern on a complex adaptive system. In a social system, (1) it is about the direction you give and (2) it is possible to impose a design pattern, but you need to be patient and let the social system adapt. If your direction is appropriate, the social system will adapt.
