. Hi deepesh...Actinomysis Israeli & nocardia both are gram positive filament bacteria, main difference is actinomyces is anaerobe & not acid fast... Nocardia is acid fast & aerobe. Hope i made it clear dr? Glad u asked important question.. It is important for exam
