► THE PROF: Dr. Alpert is Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine and Director of Coronary Care and Medical Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at the University of Arizona (UA) College of Medicine, Tucson, United States. Before joining the UA, he worked at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester as Professor of Medicine, Director of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, and Vice Chairman of Medicine. From 1992 - 2006 he was also Chairman of the Department of Medicine at the UA College of Medicine.

I have a question, when you get a lecturio account you have to pay like every month or it´s just one amount at the end of the year?

You pay for the entire course of your subscription. For example, if you choose a 4 year subscription, you will pay the price for the entire 4 years. Same thing applies for 1 year and 2 years. They just give you the monthly charge, but it is a one time payment. After 4 years have passed, the subcription will be renewed.
