It was common on older IBM, Simplex and Autocall systems from the 50's and 60's
Those new panel parts look rlly nice! I can’t wait to see it working!

Heh, I've seen quite a few old 4251-style Simplex break-glass pulls with the newer glass pane like that, to the point where on most systems using those kind of pulls I see at least one with replacement glass. Easier to break, too.

I love old fire alarm devices, but I do not like the bells. Love your contact in that old pole station with the glass is awesome looks better than the new ones.

It will have a normal Piezo at first but I may buy a 5v dover buzzer at some point. idk for sure
