I love how the Synth Boy videos have introduced him from different visual perspectives - the one being within his apartment and the other from Lofi Girl's perspective if she could see inside his window. It is so cool how Lofi Girl and Synth Boy coexist within the same universe and, physically, only a short distance from one another. That connection is just *chef's kiss* 😙🤌🏽💨💕🧡💙

You have got to respect how well the Lofi Girl team is able to create a story behind every event, and how they all link carefully with each other while remaining hidden so well. An amazing job. I’m sure the new Synth channel and stream will be amazing. Such an underrated genre that I think deserves more attention.

I would say it is more of a new genre... Chill, Ambient & lo-fi is yet to be discovered indeed which you are correct there. I discovered chilled trance music from artists I am aware off but never knew there was even chilled trance just by listening to "Smooth Chill" and yes, Smooth Chill also plays some music from Lo-Fi Girl. It is a radio station here in the UK. Worth checking out. I listen to quite a few tracks.

Lofi Girl and now Synthwave Boy are like an avatar for all those people out there all over the world simltaneously, alone at their desk (save for a loyal pet) trying to get into the work/study zone. She is a symbol of all the people out there just like you and I, toiling away into the small hours under the light of their desk lamp. The event was so fun! I liked the mystery leading up to the reveal, it was fun speculating what could happen! I am so here for Lofi Girl lore, I hope you will do more events in the future!

I love how SB and LG have differences that make them unique, yet still mirrored to eachother.For example, LG uses a notebook while SB uses a computer.LG has a cat, while SB has a dog.
