Hello sir. I m dentist 3 years into practice. It been 2nd tym that my patient returned after extraction Due to profuse bleeding .. I some how managed with botroclot, Esylate and ice compression.. but can u please make a video about it what further can we do if bleeding occurs again.

Give 1 tab tenostat ...as a backup after 4 hrs of extractiom And inj botroclot IM..after extraction
