Cats do this to show that they’re part of a family group. You may notice your cat slightly mirror your activities, like sitting with their face towards the TV when yours is.

I saw a video a woman took of her cat. She said that cats get on your laptop because they're mirroring you and if you buy them their own little laptop then they will leave you alone. She ended the video, saying, "...and look at this little BUSINESSMAN!" Bro was just sitting and looking at his small, toy laptop.

I got kind of emotional watching this, because these cats remind me of my boys Ebony and Noisy. They look identical to these cats aside from Noisy having gray spots. They passed away in 2020 and 2022. 😕

One of my cats attentively observes us and copies us a lot, my favorite day was when I climbed my bed to then get on top of a chair to fix something high up on the curtain, and after I got back to the floor, my cat climbed the bed and attempted to get on top of the chair, but he almost slipped (I caught him and pulled him back before he could), and when I placed him in the chair he turned towards the curtain, obviously too small to ever reach it, but it was the most adorable thing
