Hey oleg first of all thank u for your effort u are putting in thia channel. let me ask u something becouse yesterday when me and my friend we did everything with correct way: downloaded that app, installed the setup on usb drive then we went outside to install it on Ford fusion hybrid 2018.. we had no navigation so we made it without it.. so the interesting part comes here.. we inserted usb in car.. in few secends on display appeared message as in yours.. it said installation complited and u can remove usb drive.. we thought it was it and removed usb in few secends ((.. (we didnt watched your video till the end ) and display went black. nothing could help it.. screen went black and didnt responding on any of those buttons or reset combinations .. even we tryied to plug out and plug in display fuse.. u know those little colored things wich is for protection. nothing helped.. screen is still black.. then my friend tryied to install older version of that driver from that app. and still nothing.. while inserting the usb the light around usb port is turning off aftee few secends.. and thats it.. can u help us to figure it out what happend ? let me tell u that it was 4gb usb drive.. but we didnt tik navigation thing .. im waiting for your response. ❤

Ohh that's tough, honestly I havent seen that issue myself, but here is the article with some solutions you can try community.cyanlabs.net/t/black-screen-after-update/2709 , they mention to use older version of APIM but you can try without it like power cycle it first or if it doesn't work try resetting APIM with forscan you can look up how to do that for Ford fusion

What about sync 2 to sync 3

I don't use iPhones so I am not sure, but Android Auto works just like before so I think carplay should work as well

It works, but you need to replace the usb port for an updated version
