I ordered symphony sumo 115 XL from their official website but did not receive wheels, bill and warranty card .. I requested for the same from their customer support but did not receive the missing things in the order .. the customer support is total waste of time .. they just say they have raised a complaint and nothing happens .. finally, i have raised a complaint for replacement but still no one has come to pick up the cooler.. please do not waste your hard earned money and time on symphony products .. the whole experience is very painful ..

भाई अगर सिर्फ एक बार ही खर्च करके बेहतरीन कूलर लेना है जो कम से कम 8-10 सालों तक चले तो फिर novamax का rambo junior 75 L ya fir novamax proto 75L ले लो. इस price range में इनसे मजबूत प्लास्टिक बॉडी, मोटर और कूलिंग pads मार्केट में कोई भी दूसरी कंपनी ( बजाज, Crompton, symphony, hindware, orient) नहीं देगी.
