*My wife is 8 months pregnant and as she was driving today, she got involved in a terrible head collision accident. Her car was pushed away 15 metres away while she was inside. I thank God she survived and the baby is okay. God is great.*

God’s got you. ♥ I was about to die from an overdose in my apartment in Miami all alone after so many different drugs…I went to grab my phone and I couldn’t even see what I pressed and out of no where KZread started and this song played. My heart was beating out of my chest and then the room turned white and I felt at peace. My heart slowed down and I survived. Jesus Christ is real people. He saved my life.

@@jojogo22 The "problem" is the reason why you are listening to contemporary music with a rock rhythm, in this case it is probably because it reminds you of things in the world, or because of the rhythm. So the intention is not exclusively to worship God, but you listen because you like the rhythm.

I discovered this utube video a few months ago and can't stop listening to it. I admire all those people that you can see and hear has a true relationship with God. You can feel and hear the love. From South Africa

As a young Christian the church I was in used Psalms as the basis of most songs we sang. I memorized many Psalms through music. It sticks in your mind 50 years later. I have prayed Psalms for years. Many Christians don't realize it's a prayer book as well.

The Apostles started their ministry with Psalms. The Psalter According to the Seventy has been our Church's base from the beginning. We sing many Psalm in our Services; love Psalm 33 (34 in the King James Version)

I am sorry to hear of your depression, it is a terrible thing to experience. No one can comprehend the living hell who has never suffered from it. I can understand how someone suffering could jump off a bridge to escape the horrendous feeling, of despair. But I praise God for His deliverance. Massive pleading prayer surely answered. I also found great comfort to listening to the shofar. I would find KZread videos and crank up the sound and pray at the same rime for deliverance. It was sooooooooo bad my depression. I couldn't even sleep in the dark, for the darkness surrounding my soul was bad enough. I praise God through Christ Jesus for His deliverance. I pray deliverance for you too.

Thanks God for todays technology that people may be able to watch and listen to meaningful performances like this that gives glory to Him. God bless the people behind this endeavor.

Man's chief end is to glorify Him & to enjoy Him forever..AMEN

Most church meetings in the contemporary Christianity consisting of many denominations will need more practice of each member’s being provided with the opportunity of more focusing on to the Lord God Himself through own participation in the praise to and appreciation and enjoyment of the Lord God Himself during meeting time like this case, instead of each member’s being led to the place of only passively listening to a minister’s one-way sermon.

I just woke up...yess, yes. Yes this is real, I've been chewing on spiritual crepe paper, it's all stuck in my mouth. This is real true music of worship, I'm awake now, this is so wonderful. This is all coming from a high view of our Lord, not a "7/11" song style, seven words repeated eleven times as one has said. This feeds my soul. Thank you Lord.

I stumbled across your video. Well, maybe it was providential. I am a cancer patient and since my chemo I have spent two separate weeks in the hospital with an infection. Today we learned my wife has COVID, I possibly do also, and I have the symptoms of the infection returning. Goody... I have been determined to rejoice always through this sickness, but today my prayers had an element of grumpiness. Your worship service ministered deeply to me through scripture, music, and the review of God at work in the church. I served as a Music & Worship Pastor for 30 years and taught Bible college for 9 years, so this spiritual / scholarly / scriptural approach resonated with me strongly. Since I started in ministry in 1981 I have eagerly adapted to the contemporary worship movement through the years. As you would agree, the church is big enough and broad enough, and God is progressive enough, that we can worship through a wide avenues of expression. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you, Thank you. I've played this video over and over again for strength and encouragement. I am a daily bible reader and make it a point to read the Book of Psalms and Proverbs every month as well as read the Bible through each year. As a Sunday School teacher, and follower of My Lord Jesus Christ, I have memorized numerous Psalm with Psalms 19 being my favorite. Your video on the history of singing the Psalm is very special to me. Too many times I feel the Psalms have been left out in our worship. Thank you for showing how singing the Psalms bring glorys to God and our Lord.

Praise God for wonderful hymns and psalms of praise! And may it continue. But Oh my dear one; It is the PREACHING of the gospel of Christ that is the power of God unto salvation!! Let us never stop preaching. Romans 1:16 And let us sing unto the Lord!

This is very beautiful. If mankind lives a life of glorifying God at this level all over the world, darkness and death, pain and suffering and disasters will disappear from our earth. Unfortunately, mankind has failed to consistently glorify God. Europeans who spearheaded the worship of God have all back slidded. It is very difficult to find a person in Europe who worship God or have the fear of God there. I was very surprised when I visited Europe how ungodly they have become there. God revealed to me that majority of mankind on earth are in darkness separated from God and worshipers of Satan. God revealed to his servant that End Time is coming to our world. Apostle.

I grew up with these old hymns and psalms and I t is a pleasure hearing them again. These works made me realize that God is in charge. It has renewed my fath and love of God.

Sad but true. Our church lacks on quality music for Sabbath also. Try listening to the Living Stones quartet and Fountainview Academy . Very beautiful music also.

Indeed! There are few Christian Churches in the Philippines whom I know are Singing Hymnal songs like GCF, CCF & Higher Rock Christian Church

Wonderful to hear these hymns in a full concert setup. In this way, they get out of the boredom dust and become alive. Thanks!

After this revelation r u still, a Catholic?

I live on the East Coast. 5-6 years ago, I flew to LA to attend Grace Community. Scripturally and musically I have not found a church that offers them. Plenty of churches provide either but not both. God has clearly blessed Grace Community's ministry on so many levels.

So blessed by this concert. I felt the presence of the Lord throughout ... God bless everyone who put this together ❤❤❤

By strolling I found this program. The singers, the orchestra, the speakers, the choir, everyone has blessed me. I loved it!

Sorry to know that 'modern churches'/Protestant churches don't have Psalms & hymns. Fyi, in Catholic churches, one of the scripture readings for every Mass (Catholic worship service) is ALWAYS one of the Psalms. The 1st scripture reading is usually from one of the books in the Old Testament, 2nd scripture reading is from one of the Epistles (letters by one of the Apostles), 3rd scripture reading is one of the Psalms & 4th reading is from one of the Gospels (& the sermon is usually based on the Gospel reading). There are ALWAYS four Bible readings for weekend Mass & three readings for weekday (Monday to Friday) Masses; & the Psalms is ALWAYS one of the readings. But the Psalm is usually not read but is sung by one of the lectors (scripture readers), & the congregation joins the singing only for the 'chorus' of the Psalm hymn. So, Catholics get to listen to many Psalms (if they pay attention to the four scripture readings)!

In this chaotic world it is such a blessing to hear these beautiful songs of praise ....

Thia is a very beautiful and Spirit filled program. May God bless His servants who have given their lives to praise and uplift Christ. It is great to listen to the history of Protestantism. Indeed, God's people gave their lives for us to have a pure religion, for us to have the Bible and now I even learnt that congregation singing was also a fruit of the reformation. My only BIG Question is that have we lost this first love. Have we as protestants gone back to unite with the enemy of Christ, whom our fore-fathers fought against and sealed the victory with their blood? Can we say like Luther "Sola Scriptura" or "Scripture alone" and live by it. Jesus is coming back very soon. Maranatha! Let us search our hearts and see how we stand before Him in the light of Sola Scriptura.

Glory be to our God for reviving the purity of the early Christian church through this music by giving us old and new inspiration to raise up the fallen again and to keep the saints from falling. All there is in heaven is music and praise and worship our amazing wonderful God.

God be glorified in this spiritual rendition. My only hope is that you will all accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savor Jesus Christ. It's not enough just to have a melodious voice to sing because that will not save you. Surrender your lives to Jesus Christ, and be saved. I had lovely white neighbor when I lived in England as a student she used to do this same thing, when I asked her if she was a Christian she said no. I asked her about her faith she said she didn't believe. So today I say get to know Jesus, hymns are great but without Jesus you will be lost.
