I swear, the dubbers for the english version were just waiting to use that line since they made him. Unless they named him after the tree, which may foreshadow him becoming a professor in the future...

This theme has the perfect combination of both sadness and hope, which fits very well with Lugia. The mighty guardian who prevents the world from flooding, while having to live forever in loneliness because his powers are too dangerous.

When talking about Lugia, Some people think of the Soul Silver battle theme. Others think of the Shadow Lugia battle theme. But to me, this will always be the theme I remember first.

Played this at our wedding for the procession as we've loved it since we first heard it when the Lugia movie came out everyone absolutely loved it but couldn't believe a song like this would ever be associated with Pokemon

Here in 2023 and dam bro the nostalgia hits hard, it reminds me of the time when I was like 5-7th grader. Came to home after busy school hours and took my phone to play Pokemon games or watch Pokemon anime to get relaxed. At that age, there was no sadness, stress, nor depression. Life felt amazing, and the time passed by.

Lugia has always been my favorite Pokemon of all time, I remember seeing Pokemon 2000 during a rough time in my life and seeing Lugia face down the three birds at the risk of his own well being and then the ending when this song came in really gave me hope. Lugia gave me the courage to face my fears and overcome challenges back then and he still does today. Thank you Lugia for inspiring me.

Were playing piano right now and just started playing a melodie. After a while i noticed that the song i was playing sound familliar, but i still didnt noticed it was lugias theme. Now 10 min after i stopped playing i remember this song. Amazing how my childhood is still here.

Lugia is One Of the Strongest Legendary And Human Friendly pokemon. He almost Defeated Hoopa. My Favourite Pokemon After Giratina & Rayquza

Every time I hear this, I close my eyes and allow myself to, figuratively speaking, soar through the sky and see the beauty of the clouds and the ocean below where a speck of land is home to the most beautiful untouched piece of nature ever to be seen. That's what I see when I hear this song; a testament to how wondrous this remix is. Very majestic and commanding yet able to easily present to one's mind a surreal image of beauty and tranquility. Lugia's Song really is one of the great musical pieces I've ever heard!

Ever since pokemon 2000 lugia has always been my favorite pokemon

This sounds like it could fit into a Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game in all of the best ways! The song has a hopeful and dramatic element to it, it has a lot of the same sounds as both modern and original MD games, and it just sounds perfect for either a deep dungeon theme or a Lugia boss fight. I love this symphony more than anything, Lugia has always been my favorite legendary and even counting mythical pokemon Lugia still comes out on top.

The music in this and in Mewtwo Strikes Back is just epic in every sense of the word.

I got chills listening to this song, best song in Pokemon history. This song would be perfect for an opening scene to a gathering or revealing of something great to come.

This was beautiful and as a percussion person I almost cried because this just made me remember my whole childhood

Both this song and the call that Luiga makes in the movie always gave me the chills. Nice to remember both and to hear this to remind me of that.

This is one of the most epic remixes I've ever listened to. Lugia will always be my favorite legendary.

Something about this entire movie just always hit different, no matter how many times I would watch it as a kid, it would always stay gold

This song seriously makes me feel like Lugia's more of a god than Kyogre is supposed to be. Kyogre is the one who gave us the oceans when he was Primal Kyogre. Lugia's Symphony sounds like something you'd hear in a temple. The first part of it anyway.

I like this song I believe it's relaxing and when you're stressed out this is the best song to calm whatever bothers you without any negative affects and it can be a song to listen to if you're trying to reach a goal for instance 0:00 - 1:00 is the starting point 2:00 - 3:00 is the climax and you succeeding and finally 3:01 - 3:33... feeling better and known that you have just completed you're goal.

When I hear this now and I look at the recent Pokemon games, I really understand that the franchise lost something important in their games. The emotion, the plot, the beauty of the games. Pokemon Soulsilver, hearthgold, BW, BW2... I don't see in the new games what I saw in the previous ones... I am not disappointed, just incredibly sad... I miss those games

This makes me cry due to the throbs and drowning nostalgia that is thrown upon me. This is what I wish everything sounded like.

This and oracion are the most beautiful themes in my opinion 💕 lugia will always be one of my faves, and his movie was the first one I watched

Kinda crazy how in the anime even the minor legendaries like the bird trio have enough power to potentially cause extinction-level events

You know I reckon if they actually put in the money and effort, a big budget Pokemon movie would be absolutely incredible. It's a series with great potential for emotion, action, sci fi concepts, everything an awesome movie needs. There's just 3 things that would be 100% essential: >No Ash or Pikachu - It needs to feel like a fresh start, and distance itself from the anime and past movies, which lets face it were pretty bad for the most part >Not about beating the elite four and champion - Copying the story of a game never works in movies because it's meant to be played, not watched, so there needs to be an original different story designed for a movie >Focused on emotion, not fighting - This needs to be a good MOVIE, and good movies are adventures with likeable characters; explosions and graphics are only the cherry on top

The very first time I heard this theme I was doing some schoolwork that I had missing,I was suffering from a lot of stress and I had a headache,when I heard this I couldn't help but to feel at ease and relaxed,I kept hearing it multiple times and it helped cope with my headache and reduced my stress to it's minimum I ended up finishing everything without any stress and resisting the long work I had to do until I could finally go to rest properly and after that day I've always liked this beautiful theme,sounds to me as a peaceful music,like something meaningful,full of beauty, peace,hope,an adventure to be unlocked and to represent something majestic
