Renee Taylor just nails every line .... from her "Hippoglycemic" to "Quick get me my medicine!" (Which ends with Fran explaining she broke up with Val not Mr. Sheffield. Sylvia rolls her eyes and says "I'm missing jalapeno nachos or that moron" ) 🤣

Whenever I read "Renee Taylor" at the opening of the show, I knew it was gonna be a great episode...Sylvia is my favorite character ever !!!

Sylvia is one of tv’s greatest characters 🤣😂🤣😂

My favorite was during Fran and Maxwells reception, when Sylvia was dancing with the Rabbi. She asked if he wanted to join them at Wolfe’s for French Toast. He says “But we just ate”. Without missing a beat, Sylvia says “But not French toast!”

"Say hello to your new nanny!" *sits on and breaks the desk*

“I just came by to tell you you’re KILLING ME!!!” My mother every year me and my sister doesn’t give her a grandchild

We did the "quick, get me my medicine" in a presentation of "Pride and prejudice" - in our version, it's Mrs. Bennett who gets palpitations and Mr. Darcy randomly running in to feed it to her. :D

This show was one of the finest, every character stellar yet they do not outdo each other. I loved it so much.

The best sitcom show of all time. I love it. They show them 4 times in row here in germany,and hope they still do after the final in a few days.

My favorite Sylvia moment is when they go to that fancy dress shop and meet that rude sales person and she says "Clearly, you are cranky because you haven't had lunch" and then turns to Fran and says "ever". BRILLIANT Comedienne!

This show was always packed w/laughs. You knew every character. SYLVIA talking to the news reporter, (I think after they're released as hostages & she's asked for her thoughts, ( she's chewing a Chinese pork rib from the restaurant next door)...her reply to the reporter as to what she's thinking: " Honestly, they're a little fatty - they must be undrr new management". Her delivery was always spot on perfect.
