Sydney Trains ride to BLACKTOWN from Parramatta | Travel in Sydney by Public Transport | Australia

Sydney Trains ride to BLACKTOWN station from Parramatta station. Travel in Sydney Australia by train (Public Transport).
Train stations from Parramatta To Blacktown:
Parramatta - Westmead - Wentworthville - Pendle Hill - Toongabbie - Seven Hills - Blacktown
Parramatta railway station is a heritage-listed railway station located on the Main Western line, serving Parramatta in New South Wales, Australia. It is served by Sydney Trains T1 Western Line, T2 Inner West & Leppington and T5 Cumberland Line services and NSW TrainLink Blue Mountains Line, Central West XPT and Outback Xplorer services.
Parramatta station is one of Sydney's oldest. Sydney's first line connected Sydney and Parramatta Junction near Granville and opened on 26 September 1855. It was extended to the current Parramatta station on 4 July 1860.
Prior to the Main Western line being quadrupled from Granville to Westmead in 1985, the station consisted of four platforms, platforms 3 and 4 on the main line and 1 and 2 on a loop.
In 1985, the station was refurbished with a new underground subway bus interchange built at the station's north-east side.
In late 2003, work began on a new transport interchange which linked the station to the neighbouring Westfield Parramatta shopping centre. The works included upgrading the station, providing more access to commuters and constructing a new bus interchange. On 19 February 2006 the interchange was opened.
In October 2016, the Parramatta Turnback Project was completed, adding crossovers to allow trains to terminate on platforms 3-4 in either direction.
Blacktown railway station is located on the Main Western line, serving the Sydney suburb of Blacktown. It is served by Sydney Trains T1 Western Line and T5 Cumberland Line services and NSW TrainLink Intercity Blue Mountains Line and regional Central West XPT services.
Blacktown station opened on 2 July 1860 as Blacktown Road with the construction of the Main Western line.
Captain Martindale, the colony's chief engineer, was not happy with work done by contractor John Gibbons and refused to issue a certificate for work done. Not happy with the decision Gibbons told his men to remove three portions of the track near Parramatta. He was arrested and placed in the Parramatta Watch House before being released on bail. Two days later the first train ran into Black Town Road station. The station was renamed Blacktown on 1 August 1862.
The station received a major rebuild in the 1990s to a modern glass and steel structure with the addition of an extra platform and the provision of lift access to all platforms. It was opened on 14 October 1995 by Prime Minister Paul Keating. A bus interchange was also built in the triangle between the Main Western and Richmond lines.

This is an all stations to Schofields (Richmond line) service, and is scheduled to take 16 minutes. There are faster scheduled services to Blacktown from Parramatta- trains to the Blue Mountains taking 8 minutes, and to Penrith taking 13 minutes.
