​@@currymanganeseIt's so funny cause I understand why people pair them together cause they do have chemistry. But I think people think the only chemistry there is happens to be romantic when that is not true. Also I think Ayo is a very good actress so she has chemistry with everyone on that show. But I always saw them as more of a mentor/mentee relationship. But the writers could put them together romantically in later seasons I just need both of them to grow and get therapy, especially Carmy lol. Also the age gap throws me off.

@@laurenj6802 I get what you're saying about them coming together only after therapy/ a lot of self-improvement. I think most people who ship them are hoping for a slow burn, myself included - but at the same time I don't see an age gap between them as a valid argument. Fans are shipping Sydney and Richie, a character approaching middle age, when (if the actors' ages are anything to go by) there's only 5 years age difference between Syd and Carmy..I just don't see that as problematic, sorry! Also this is a shipping shitpost - it's meant to be funny..🙈

@@currymanganese yeah that's why I said the age gap threw me off at first. Only cause Ayo looks so young to me. But I realized that we don't know their ages in the show but the actors ages aren't so far apart. But I don't ship Richie and Syd but again I'm not surprised other people do cause like I said Syd has chemistry with everyone, even Nat lol
