why is it important/necessary to align the baffle cuts? wouldn't a mix of alignments slow down the gas more? same theory as making sure the gas rings on an ar15 bolt are not lined up.

Question: if I am planning to to use it on Ruger PC9 carbine do I still need piston? I've seen suppressor with a different configurations.

I have the Octane9 HD and I love it, I have tried it on a SR22, and a colt AR22, It worked well with both, but, I leave the 22lr shooting to my Sparrow, which by the way is the most awesome 22lr can that you can buy that's on the market. My question to you is, do I have to line up the baffles? or can I rotate them 180 from each other? Which by the way some cans do reduce the decilbles a little by doing that.

Any thoughts about using simple green instead of purple? Supposed to be aluminum friendly?

Would this unit work well on a 22LR? I already have a trident9, but getting another 9mm suppressor I could *also* safely use on a 22LR and not fill it up would be awesome. Id get a "spare" 9mm can and a 22LR can all in one :)

With everything disassembled and looking at the muzzle end of the tube, there is a piece that looks like a ring. This piece appears to be separate from the tube and while looking inside the tube, it would be where the last piece of the stack rest against. Is this a pressed on fitting? or does it unscrew? Reason I ask is for extra cleaning purposes. Thanks...

You can orient the keyways however you would like, however you will see optimal performance if they are all aligned.

Your video is very goof

So I can't remove the end of my suppressor it's stuck. Only used it 1 time I tried the key but it's stuck I have the octane 9 2.0

What is the solution that the baffles are put into? Can the tube also go into the ultrasonic to clean the area where the piston goes? Mine is still in NFA Jail but I'm hoping any day now due to the faster processing of the e-forms.

Still the best pistol silencer made by silencerco. I prefer the 2.0 version made by Rugged and Dead Air. Obsidian and Ghost respectivley.

now just get your nice ultra sonic cleaner that you have. Don't have a ultra sonic cleaner? Then use a high power laser instead. It still looked pretty dirty to me. They should just say clean it like the firing pin on a AR. That damn smooth ramp is always a pain.
