I'm glad they've gone with a blue rather than the grey. 159003 and 007 came back with a refurbished interior but still red and harder cushioning. Shame because our (original) 159s are probably the most comfortable trains in the country.

I hope they have more work to do, they only seem to have done half the job

South West Trains v South West Railways was and is the same service via another franchise operator, nothing had changed with cheaper fares, the trains had been tarted up, and South West Trains is easier to say than the new long winded titles.

It looks very "Corporate", makes you feel you be put in for a disciplinary hearing if you dare to sneeze.

Nice video, I saw this exact same service when it departed Waterloo, I will have a video on my channel (sorry about the self advertising, i'm desperate for views)

Just seems to be more of a refresh rather than a refurbishment. Just looks like new carpets and seats. Was expecting much more based on the concept art, along the lines of the transpennine fleet. Quite disappointing.

1st Class is not much different to 2nd class

The most dreadful train operator currently franchised. Filthy toilets, hard seats, and no buffet service anymore. 0 out of 10.
