Switzerland UNESCO Sites 🇨🇭 Largest Glacier Aletsch 4K Travel Guide
Switzerland has several spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This one is Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch region. Aletsch is the largest glacier in the Alps. To see Aletsch you can take the cable car to one of the car-free Alpine villages: Riederalp, Fiescheralp or Bettmeralp located approximately 2000 meters above sea level. From there you can hike or take another cable car to one of the main view points: Hohfluh, Moosfluh, Bettmerhorn or Eggishorn. Alternatively, to see another section of Aletsch you can take a train to Jungfraujoch at 3454 m.
