In this video you can see that Crisis Core Reunion can reach 60fps on Nintendo Switch with overclock settings. The settings I used are normally safe.
You need the tools sys-clk for overclocking, FPSLocker for uncapped framerate, EdiZon for cheat codes and ReverseNX to manual change to handheld mode.
With cheat codes, you can individually set resolution, graphics and more.
I used the homebrew pack called NX Venom, which is a pack that contains various other homebrew programs. Overclocking your system can damage the console, but it depends on the clocks and the amount of time they are used. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
