    Thank you for using Margarine cox butter is super expensive and people won't even understand that and still price low for cakes so margarine is just d best honestly. Thank you

    Thank you for the tutorial..I just try it this morning but am still feeling the taste of the margarine..it's that how it supposed to taste? Plz I will like to know or is there anything I didn't do right? I will really appreciate your response thank you

    Hello thank you for watching, I am not sure what type of Margarine you have, because other country for example my country Philippines our margarine has a strong taste of Margarine and more in yellow color, so if you use this type of margarine you will have the taste of the margarine and your buttercream will have yellowish in color, maybe you can add shortening to your existing cream you can try adding 2 tbsp., for this recipe you can add 1 tbsp. Pure Vanilla if you have clear vanilla it's better so you will not get a darker color to your buttercream... In my video I am using margarine, but here in U.S where I live right now, the margarine it's almost the same like butter, doesn't have a strong taste of Margarine and light yellow color, so when I use it for Swiss Meringue buttercream and Add flavorings to it, you will not taste the margarine...

    How many minutes approx you have the egg whites on the" bain Marie"? What if you use powdered (icing) sugar ? Thanks

    Probably 3-5 minutes, you will know if it's melted the sugar, it will look bubbly and you can check it with your fingers, dip your finger to the egg whites sugar mixtures and rub it with your two fingers if you don't feel grainy and it's smooth textures then it's ready, I am not sure about powdered Sugar I never try it...

    Hello Thank you for watching, This recipe enough for 1 layer cake, the picture of the cake that I attached on my video it's measured 11.5 x 7 x 2 in inches, that's only for frosting the cake and border, Yes you can use hand mixer, watch my Italian Meringue Buttercream, I used hand mixer, it's the same processed when adding Butter or Margarine to the Meringue, Have a good day & keep safe

    Hello, it's 454 grms. equal to 4 sticks this recipe can use 3-4 sticks Margarine, it is taste good same like real butter, just add any flavorings to it, use Margarine without flavor...Thanks

    Ok na po yung ka kukulo lang ng tubig, pwede na po isalang ang egg whites and sugar mixture po, continue lang po ang pag mix ng mixture hanggang ma dissolve ang sugar...salamat po sa panonood

    I usually put the cake in the refrigerator after decorating it with this icing, then before serving the cake, take the cake out from the refrigerator let it set at room temperature probably half an hour depends the weather in your country...Thank you for watching, Have a good day & keep safe

    @@enjoyhobbieslife30 hi I live in a very humid area. After decorating my cakes should I leave it on counter or should I store it in a refrigerator. Bcz whenever I decorate my cakes I store it in my fridge n also after i keep it in room temperature it starts to condensate. N my fellow bakers said not to store in refrigerator just store it in counter but I’m afraid that will melt if I store it in counter. Please let me know what’s the best option.

    I use 3 eggs, when I made half of the recipe, you can add more sugar, and by adding butter if you see that its not thicken the Buttercream you can always add more margarine or butter 1 tbsp. at a time...Thank you for watching, have a good day

    Hello ma'am, I tried something before ma'am, but it wasn't half and half, it was 2 parts of margarine and 1 part of Shortening, but you can always experiment it might work too...Thank you

    Hello I Beat the meringue to Stiff peak, but the meringue must to be cool to touch before adding the butter or margarine so it will not melt....Thank you for watching...

    You can use any brand of margarine, just make sure it has 80% oil...

    It should hold enough on hot weather, I don't have problem with that in the summer time, I can leave the cake on the counter from the morning until afternoon and still good....

    @@decz4457 No it's not too sweet, you can adjust the sugar, but if you already made it, and you want it sweeter you can add condensed milk to it, to make it sweeter or other flavors like Jam, melted chocolate

    I am using Margarine not shortening, it will work the shortening if it's only 1/4 shortening of the recipe and 3/4 of margarine...
