Young player with flaws by massive upside, who would’ve guessed. This guy knows better than the Portuguese federation who made him captain of the u21s Portugal side. Please he needs patience but the ingredient’s are there. If he had show lights bulb moment at Chelsea he has the ability to be an absolute beast. I also think the intense nature of the Premier will help but hinder him. More tactical leagues are slower in pace and this kind of player needs the battle to be consistently on so his mind doesn’t switch off.

There is a proper player in Ugo. If Brighton had got him like they wanted to this season clubs will be talking about him in this window. Chelsea just talent hoarding and stifling their development.

Forget about these so called experts. They told us Modryk was made in heaven and how's he now? These guys aren't more intelligent than our scout. Remember, some of them have interest in clubs they support in England, so when a transfer like this is made, and it's not their club, they go after the player.

As far as I'm concerned, this guy is biased with his comments. I don't think he likes Basel at all. He sounds like he has issues with Basel and not even Veiga. The guy is a Liverpool fan from his comments. He kept stressing he was bought to be a midfielder despite the corrections. Imagine an analyst claiming a left back is more under pressure than a defensive midfielder? This is crazy! I don't understand.

Please, never trust a Young Boys supporter to talk about a FC Basel player ahahahah. Renato was a Captain at Sporting under 23 and B team. And Captains the Under 21 Portuguese National Team, but he is a defensive midfielder, he is not a left back. Only at Augsburg he played there because they didnt have anyone for that position. He can also play as CB, but he is a midfielder. He is a very good signing if you put him playing in his position. He is a Patrick Vieira in the making.
