Good question. And he wouldn’t have been elected in Scotland but for our bizarre voting system. Such a system was rejected for Westminster elections in a UK referendum in 2011. So why does Scotland still have it.🤔

Douglas Ross is by far the dullest politician to be elected in any British Parliament. Lawmakers used to be educated lawyers, sharp barristers , and highly rated economists. Nowadays, a football referee can lead a major political party in Scotland.
