You didn’t even use the brakes - just pulling on the risers? Is that because you were fully trimmed out and had the speed?

Your calculations are wrong. 33kg / 5.5m^2 = 6.0 wing loading. You're saying he weighs 33kg(72lbs) ! If you're using the imperial wing loading formula lbs/sqft, you're saying 355lbs/59.2sqft = 6. So with your math he either is either anorexic(33kg) or really fat(355lbs).
