Maybe he's got a NASCAR ride, and that schedule doesn't lineup to the Knoxville Nationals? Or maybe he's on a limited schedule as is.

no doubt in my mind TANNER HOLMES should have gotten the opportunity. Kevin should give him the opportunity to drive for him for the PA outlaw swing and let the kid show what he can do.
