You always kick with both legs at the same time. Possible to do either depending on whether your hamstring or quad is dominant. General thinking is that same leg same arm is ideal though.
Nice where is part 1?

Hi! Bad naming scheme - it comes from our blog nadarbem.com. The first part is about how many kicks are there on a stroke and how many possibilities exist. Link for the video below. kzread.info/dash/bejne/fqCf07mlYbuYmLw.html
Is that an Endless Pool?

Em desenvolvimento ainda Patrick. Fazemos, no entanto, acompanhamento online especializado em regime de 1 para 1.
i like 2 beat kick but not this one and really efficient. you kick opposite legs when you pull. try it!

The most amount of power comes from the same side kick/pull with rotation of the hips. Like swinging a baseball bat or golf club.
i hate that shit, its always been hard to work with
here we go again, more confusion on th 2bk................................................is it opoosite /arm/leg or same side arm/leg??? there' s alot of confusion and misinfo on this topic. who's got the answer?????

When right arm catches, right leg kicks. You then pause, because your left arm is now gliding, and you want to minimize drag for this glide. THEN you pull and kick on left, glide, repeat.

it's exactly the opposite: catch right - kick left and viceversa...
