Why would she be embarrassed? She is pregnant and women have bellies when they have a child. It is totally normal. People should just relax. It will happen any time now. Take care of her and your baby and enjoy new life in a loving environment, which will get a bit noisier soon 😀. Swimming must be really relaxing for her body.
