Wow! Great feature, once again. I love that you mentioned the extra filtration needed for frequent feeding of fish. Mentioning the type of stone is great too. It's absolutely beautiful!

Hello Suzette, the filter system for this pond ran about $3500.00 including pumps. the bottom of pond is swept clean and the surface is skimmed for a really clean pond. Thanks for commenting!!

  • @thePondHunter

This pond is being filtered with a large skimming system, heavy aeration, (2) biofilters, aquatic plants, and gravel filtration. The filtration is happening on multiple levels and forms to create really clean clear healthy water for the koi.

thePondHunter I have a bottom drain in my 12000 gal patio pond . Question is could I use a gravel bottom for decoration and still have proper filtration?

Beautiful pond! But calling it a "pool conversion" is kind of misleading. The only part of the pool you used was the hole and you filled a large part of that. What a waste. It is a pretty pond though.
