Halloween stereotypes!

With the lifeguard part, I've had friends who worked as lifeguards and they say they have to constantly deal with idiots who can also fit the stereotypes. For examples, parents who treat them as their babysitter, idiots who don't follow the rules or try to claim it was an 'accident' when it obviously was not, and those using boards or water slides who go before they say it's okay or go with multiple people and someone either gets hurt or almost gets hurt making the lifeguards perform a rescue. There's also the kid who goes to the bathroom in the pool prompting an evacuation and cleanup.

So, where would they do that? They can’t do it in real schools because the schools will not let them, so where will they do that. Because all the stereotypes they have done have been in places that are public or that they could borrow for a day or something, but when to a school anyone can enter regardless of how many money they have, or when can you borrow a school?
