My specialty is butterfly (I wanted to specialize in crawling, but I was rejected🐙), so it's really hard to practice now🤢
When I was researching how to swim a butterfly without being caught, I ended up with the way I swim now🤫
Thanks to that, Crawl became like a butterfly🦭
When I was a university student, I got tired of competitive swimming, so I got a part-time job as a swimming instructor☝🏻
So I wonder if it will be quite an instructor career 🐥

    これ!ピンポイントです 傾き方が左右対象じゃないのが、自分でも、わかるので今すごい苦戦中です 骨盤からローリング やってみます

    せりかさん、こちらの動画を見て、手と足は同じ側か反対か、よくわかりました。私は同じ側で練習してきましたが、反対側で行う方が見た目が綺麗だと思いました。なのでこれから反対側で練習を始めることにします。目標がちゃんとわかると、練習するのも楽しくなりますね。ありがとうございます。

    自己流でツービートクロールを練習していて、骨盤の動きに合わせてキックを打つのでどうしても手と足が同じ側にならないと悩んでました。反対でいいんだとわかって安心しました😊

    脚、肩、腕をコントロールする骨盤主導型のローリングで、骨盤が沈む方の脚(クロス)をキックし、骨盤の45度の傾きに合わせて肩を同じように傾けて(左キック→骨盤が左に傾く→左肩が下がり右肩が上がる)上がっている方の手を回し、手先が入水する前に骨盤を傾けはじめ、かき終わった時に45度になるよう意識し、ドリルは右・左のサイドキック(目線は下で45度で肩が水面から出ている状態)、三秒で切り替えのクロールですね。頑張ってみます!あざっす!

    自分はローリングが甘かったのか、かなり傾けてみたらスピードが上がりました。45度で練習してみます。あと、同軸、対角両方泳いでみましたが、理論では確かにそうなんですが、どうしても同軸が泳ぎやすいみたいです。両方出来た方が良いという動画は他では多いですが、泳ぎやすい方でって言ってくれるせりかさんの言葉に従います😆

    搔き手とキックの左右組み合わせについて、「骨盤の動き」に注目するとクロス(右手左足、左手右足、の組み合わせ)のほうが良い、というのはとても納得できました。でも少し前に“決めない方が良い”とも聞いていたので「右右・左左」の組み合わせでも出来るように時々練習しています😙

    骨盤と身体を45度に傾けるツービート好きです。 ではついでに手の平を90度(垂直に)してグライドするのはどうでしょうか? 浮力は受けませんが水を切って進む感覚を受けます。

    体の背骨を軸に左右で機織りのイメージが出来てるのですが、いつも水の中では頭をミサイルの弾頭に見立ててスクリューになった気持ちで泳ぎます。 骨盤を使うということは、骨盤を中心に左右に捻って行くという事でしょうか? ウエストを捻りながらと思ってました。

    元気ですか! キックを入水に合わせたら2ビートで念願の - 右入水で右キック・左入水で左キック - ができそうです。がキックが膝うち?当該動画を再度観る! 右入水で右キック・左入水で左キック は、遠くに入水できるような気がしましたが合ってますか? キックが水面キック!腰を浮かせたら水面キックになりませんか?

    骨盤をローリングして、顔は下向きですね。左呼吸なので右にひねると顔が呼吸しない場合も癖で左を向きます、直したいです。
