Kudos to Swift for giving new drivers the opportunities no one else will. They solve the catch-22 of you can’t get a job because you can’t get experience. All of us were once new at what we do, it was nice that someone believed in us and gave us that first shot at a job.

that is super easy because he has so much space.. places with less space might be a problems for you but everything is possible after few months of experience when you get to know the truck and trailer.
