Thank you, thank you, thank you for getting up so early and filming the nest tree and it’s beautiful guardians. I have been anxiously waiting for news from there, hoping for an intact nest, after the destruction from Ian last year. It would be too much if Idalia had destroyed the nest M15 and our dear Harriet had to rebuild from scratch. Now we can all catch our collective breaths and await with hopeful hearts for Season 12 to arrive.💕🦅

That was perfect when she flew next to M ❤ I bet they flew off to have breakfast together 😋

Thank you Vicki for your sweet faithfulness at the nest. M15 carries on. What a super champion Bald Eagle he was this last season as a solo dad. Truly a blessing to watch his untiring dedication to raise his offspring.

I watched M15 and Harriet in 2015 but not being on a chat or reading comments, I was on my own, just enjoying them. 😊 Then, I started reading the chat on the Pritchett website and watching the videos the mods linked in, but, didn't post. I just perched and learned! Sometimes, it's better to be quiet, read and listen. Lol. 😅 I really want M15 to be happy. He did such a magnificent job raising E21 and E22, by himself, with the interruptions by hopeful females. Lol! This will be an interesting season to learn about our beautiful feathered friends and how they handle changes in their lives, with a few nests where there will be new pairs. Time will tell! Oh my goodness! This made me tear up 😢. Bless our little eagle family. I miss Harriet terribly but am glad M isn’t alone. It was so precious to see the female fly close to him and communicate. Sweet. So sweet. Exciting in a way. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video! You take care ! 💙🦅❤️🦅❣️❣️

Oh I know! Those days he called for her hoarse were horrible! Between losing Harriet and M crying for her until he was hoarse. That made me cry too. I hope M and this pretty female hit it off and become a couple

Just thinking about H's sudden disappearance still makes me sad. But, I am so very happy for M who seems to have found a new mate. Thank you for all you do Vicki.

Ok, so l have to make another post !! Had to get the tears to stop rolling first ! This video is beautifully done. The plaques, the moon, the rainbow, stunning moments put together to make this video more epic, especially after the storm. I kept watching for a cloud to appear in the shape of Eagle wings as it happened once before. Instead, l think Harriet gave us a rainbow as a sign of hope and a new beginning for M15. Harriet approved !!! Ok then, back to wiping the tears LOL 🦅💜🦅💙

I commented too soon. I too am hoping Harriet will return if she can but the rainbow brought tears to my eyes. We shall see what shall happen. Thank You

Hi Serap❣️ It was good to see that everything is intact and made it through another storm. M15 looks good but, to me, and maybe it was the angle, he looks a little thinner. I wonder what he's thinking, as we approach the start of their new season. He has this lady friend sticking close, but he and Harriet had such a special kind of bond it's hard to explain. We watch many nests, but, they're not all the same as far as how their bond comes across. He must miss her and at the same time his instinct will tell him to move forward. There must be conflict, but, it will all get resolved. I only say this because last season when asked about stating that Samson was permanently gone, the AEF said they wouldn't make that statement until they saw that he didn't return this coming season. That was new to me. But, apparently, it happens where they are injured, or go too far, for whatever reason, and don't return again until the following year. With no eaglets in the nest at the time, I guess they felt there was a very slight chance he could be alive and show up. They also opened up the chat on Cam 1, which you may already know. I miss Harriet as I know you do, as well. This will be a strange transition for me. She was my "middle of the night" eagle to watch when I couldn't sleep, plus, other times, of course. She was so stable and in control. What a wonderful mom she was and an ideal mate for young M15, who was just a tad like a silly kid himself. Lol! 😂 She taught him well and now the world has beautiful E21 and E22 in it, thanks to his dedication.❤ Those YT ghosts 👻 are acting up and so many of my comments go missing, once again. It's way too frustrating. That's why I like chatting. At least I know if the person saw my post or not. 😂 TC, Serap! God is in control! ❤ Be blessed! 🙏😻🤗💐💕

But, we'll know when he is happy again. We all know his movements and his style. We'll see how proud he is to bring those food gifts 🎁 when his new gal is making eggs! 🥚😘 Maybe she'll be a three egg lady? 🥚🥚🥚 LOL! 😂 It was hard for the fans of the Miami/Dade nest when they lost Rita. But, Rose was a wonderful surprise and shocked everyone when she laid eggs and still looked so young. Life goes on. We’ve had a chance to mourn Harriet, and marvel at M15 as he raised their last eaglets on his own. Hopefully now we will be able to see M15 and a new mate continue the nest into the future.

@@wskrsnwings Yes, I've been rooting for her since around the end of May, beginning of June. M has left the front porch light on and the welcome mat out for her in his territory. They've been getting to know each other through the summer and seem quite comfortable. We shall see🤞🏻😊

I can' t help but compare this new "couple" to H&M. I think I sense the newness of M and this female. First of all, is she never gonna have a name? Its always been amazing to me that we have never actually named M. 😉 Anyway, it seems to me that you can tell that M and his lady definitely do not have the bond he had with Harriet. Understandably so. I keep watching to see if they begin to think with one mind as M did with H. I miss Harriet more than i even thought I would. I wonder if M still think of her. But I want him to be happy and continue to be the unbelievably good father he has always been. Good luck, dear M. ❤

sylvia, M15 is his name. The Pritchetts named him. And it will be their decision to name the female, if he does indeed choose one.
