Sweets with dates and chocolate
Ingredients:
Dates 120 g.
Peanuts (any nuts) 100 g.
Seeds 70g.
Honey 25 ml.
Chocolate 100g.
Pour boiling water over the dates for 10 minutes. Wash the fruit well and remove the seeds. Grind the peanuts and seeds in a blender. Beat the dates in a blender, add nuts and mix the mixture. Pour the finished mixture into a bowl and add honey. Mix well. Grease your hands with oil and fill the molds with the prepared mixture. Melt the chocolate and pour over the mixture. Place the molds in the refrigerator until set. Remove the dessert from the mold. Bon appetit.
