My mom said "A heavy a** ball with four more digin' into my organs." Her words not mine. It really is amazing what the human body is capable of, like birth or (in my case) takein' a bear trap to the leg and surviving a botched amputation.

Hey there. I am almost 37 weeks and baby is favoring the right side...please share how I can ensure rotation to optimal left before engagement? Have been doing spinning babies - rebozo, side lying and forward leaning inversion. Will be grateful for any tips esp what you did personally this time to ensure great position. Thanks

Getting so close Momma! I did my pregnancy morning and night stretches and made sure to do hands and knees as often as I could and always always made sure my belly button was pointing down or parallel with the floor..not up while sitting, standing or side lying. Baby will most likely rotate during early/active labor to a better position. Spinning babies also suggests an ice pack for a short time on the side you want baby to move away from.
How many weeks were you in the first clips
