Two plots of sweet potatoes were planted in May.
Now it's the harvest season, and a total of thirteen baskets have been dug.
All made into sweet potato powder, enough to last for a year.
Sweet potato vermicelli is our traditional delicacy, and this year we made more than 60 catties.
The hot and sour noodles cooked with sweet potato vermicelli are very delicious, and the stewed chicken is also excellent.
Red sweet potato powder is fried meat and roasted sweet potato skin.
Of course, fried crispy pork with red sweet potato flour is also delicious as watery pork. I will cook it next time, hee hee.
五月份種了兩塊地的紅薯。
如今到了收穫的季節，總共挖了十三背簍。
全部做成紅苕粉，夠吃一年了。
紅薯粉條是我們這的傳統美食，今年做了六十多斤。
紅薯粉條煮酸辣粉特好吃，燉雞肉也很絕。
紅苕粉就炒肉，烤苕皮。
當然紅苕粉炸酥肉，做水滑肉也好吃。下次再做來吃，嘻嘻。
