INGREDIENTS (VINAIGRETTE):
• 1/2 CUP OF CILANTRO
• 1 SMALL CLOVE OF GARLIC
• 1 LEMON, JUICED
• 1/4 CUP OF OLIVE OIL
• 1/2 TBSP OF MAYONNAISE
• 1/2 TSP OF SALT
• 1/4 TSP OF PEPPER
• 1/4 TSP OF SUGAR

INGREDIENTS (FISH):
• 2 FISH FILLETS
(TILAPIA/ CATFISH)
• 2 SWEET POTATOES
• 1 EGG
• 1/4 CUP OF FLOUR
• 2 TBSP OF CANOLA OIL
• 2 TBSP OF BUTTER
• SALT & PEPPER, TO TASTE
